Welcome to Sports Massage Zone. We provide our service to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service:
Our commitment to you
1. You will be examined and treated in line with the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage strict code of practice by a qualified Sports Massage Therapist.
2. As part of your initial examination, the therapist will take a history of your condition and propose an appropriate treatment plan. This will be described to you, outlining any risks and where possible an estimated number of treatment sessions and time period that will be required.
3. You may decline any of the treatments proposed without prejudice.
4. Your appointment/s will be scheduled according to your needs and to the best of our ability.
Your commitment to us
1. In order for you to gain maximum benefit from your treatment with us we recommend that you supply all relevant information to your therapist.
2. It will be necessary for all clients to sign a consent for treatment at the time of the initial assessment.
3. If you arrive late for your appointment your treatment session will be shorter whilst full payment will still be required.
4. If you wish to cancel your appointment we need a 24 hours notice period. After this time a cancellation penalty may be payable at the Sports Massage Zone's discretion.
5. Payments for treatment(s) should be made before the end of an appointment, unless prepaid in advance.
6. Payment may be made in cash or cheque.
Purchasing case studies
1. Due to the digital nature of our case studies, once these have been purchased and/or downloaded we are unable to offer a refund.
2. All Rights are Reserved on our case studies and are protected under UK Copyright Law, files may in no way be copied for free distribution or for commercial purposes.
3. Our files are PDF sampled, thus the origin of the file will be traceable back to the person who purchased the file, should copies be found prosecution for Copyright infringement will be made under UK Copyright Laws.
4. We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
5. Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive completely confidential, and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties, and we only use cookies to facilitate the order process. No other form of tracking technology is used by us..
