Behind every great sports massage therapist lies a great sport, mine takes up most of my life and possibly too much of my pocket money.

Gran Corsa 2011

As you may or may not know, or if you've not gathered from the image above, cycling forms a huge part of my life. In June 2011 one of my life time dreams came true - to ride a Grand Tour, the Giro d'Italia is a tougher version of the Tour de France and this year was one of the hardest in modern times. Covering 3,500km (2,100 miles) in 3 weeks, summiting Mount Everest from sea level six times over the course of the route.

The grueling details have been captured on my Racing Woman Blog.

London 2 Paris 2009

Hoping to beat last year's challenge of cycling 1050km in 6 weeks, I headed to Europe in July and completed 1350km in 2 weeks of cycling (with a break in between to attend a course). The first part of the journey was London 2 Paris.
