With over 10 years of treating clients in the City of London, we have come to understand the types of issues faced in both sporting and non-sporting clients. Essentially we are known for our sports massage treatments, however we have trained and use many other techniques. If you are unsure which is best for you, fear not just book the time slot you need and once we've spoken to you on the initial treatment, we'll pick the best techniques to get you back on track. We have detailed the types of treatments and techniques we have trained in to help you understand how we can help you.

As sports people we tend to push our bodies hard, short-changing it on recovery and sleep in the quest of balancing work, life and sport. Or in some cases fitting work and life around sport. Sports massage not only helps sort out injuries, it can keep you on track with your training plan.

As we slowly lose our battle against gravity, changes in our posture result in the body's inability to heal a problem. Add to that the chemical imbalance stress causes in our bodies, it's no wonder we go home tried and aching after doing nothing all day. Remedial massage works wonders in these instances.

Our bodies are a massive interconnected network of connective tissue, using myofascial release in our treatments works areas beyond normal massage.

There's magic in this tape. Or so they say. But it's not magic, it works with the fascia offering a variety of ways to deal with dysfunctional tissue. We provide kinesio taping along with our treatments, if we feel it will benefit the tissue we will apply some at the end of the session.

Many of the injured runners we treat present with identifiable muscle imbalances and flexibility issues which could have been corrected at the start of training, rather than showing up as a problem when the miles ramp up. Instead of waiting for an injured athlete to arrive at our clinic, we've taken a proactive approach with our marathon MOTs and our marathon runners come back post event with great success stories.

We spend a huge amount of time training our muscles and lungs, however many of the injuries we get are in our fascia or connective tissue. It forms  a large part of our biomechanical function or movement, yet we neglect this vital part of our bodies. In standard medical training fascia is removed so we can see the "vital" workings of the body, yet it forms an important part of the information highway in our bodies, along with load balancing our structure and key fluid movement in tissue.
